At Earthwristeo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jam-making kit purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from Earthwristeo under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Sealed ingredients must remain unopened
- All components and accessories must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used ingredients including pectin, sugar, or spices
- Personalized or custom-labeled products
- Workshop registrations after the session date
- Digital recipe downloads
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at request@earthwristeo.world with your order number
- Describe the reason for your return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack items securely in original or equivalent packaging
- Ship to the address provided in the authorization
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost
- Do not discard damaged items until instructed
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different kit or product. Exchanges are subject to availability and the same return conditions apply.
Workshop Cancellations
For workshop registrations:
- Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before the session
- 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the session
- No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before
- Rescheduling is available subject to availability
